Delivery

All orders received before 2pm weekdays will be shipped the same day.

orders received after 2pm or on weekends, bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

All course booking packs and certificates are sent by 1st Class recorded delivery if you are not able to sign for the delivery then you will normally have to collect it from your local sorting office.
